I recently discovered breakfast at Sproutz, one of my favorite lunch spots in Tulsa. Everything from gluten free muffins to fresh fruit, delicious omelets and traditional breakfast is served. This trip I dug into their ham omelet topped with bacon, which was perfectly cooked and topped with thick, crispy peppered bacon that hit the spot. Served with a side of rye bread and crisp hash browns. The meal was the optimal start to the day and fueled me till my late lunch.

A new First Watch restaurant location has just popped up near Woodland Mall here in Tulsa. First Watch is a great breakfast and lunch spot known for service fresh, healthy options.

I got a new food processor for Christmas and it’s amazing! One of the features I’m getting to know is the dough setting. I decided to try it out this morning with some breakfast pizzas. After making the pizza dough I rolled out some small six inch circles, sprinkled them with slices of bacon cooked that first for ten minutes. Then came the egg, I suggest using medium eggs for this food adventure the large one got a little messy. Salt, pepper some olive oil and five more minutes of cooking created this awesome breakfast treat!

“The french toast may be comparable to your grandma or mom’s french toast. My mom made some of the best french toast, which is why I will be back to Blue Dome for some more memories of mamas breakfast. Blue Dome doesn’t seem to use any special bread they just make plain’o good french toast with an extra special touch. I would also recommend this dish to anyone wanting to get a great meal at Blue Dome Diner. It will take you back in time to a special moment…. I guess if you have any of those monuments stored in your brain.”

I have been wanting to “Try Breakfast” at Chick-fil-A for soooo long, but never have. It always look really good and now that they are really advertising it I has really been on my mind… sounds sad I know.
