Finally Paradise!!! @hideawaypizza
Joe got me thinking about Pizza with his last post about Wolfgang pucks pizza and that amazing picture he took. After 3 days of being trapped inside we decided to make a run for it and visit or local Hideaway Pizza location. Shae and I love the Paradise Pie. Pizza with bacon on it, done right, is amazing and Hideaway does it right. They also feature many other pizzas with bacon on them so sound great. Next time we are going to hit the contest menu, which includes a few customer inspired pizzas.
From the Hideaway website the Paradise Pie is described as follows
Paradise Pie
This isn’t Heaven, but it’s as close as we could get with a pizza pie. Hideaway Alfredo sauce covered with a blend of mozzarella and smoked provolone cheeses, grilled chicken breast strips, smoked bacon, fresh sliced mushrooms, fresh spinach and diced Roma tomatoes. Yummmmmm.
