Breakfast Discovered at Sproutz
I recently discovered breakfast at Sproutz, one of my favorite lunch spots in Tulsa. Everything from gluten free muffins to fresh fruit, delicious omelets and traditional breakfast is served. This trip I dug into their ham omelet topped with bacon, which was perfectly cooked and topped with thick, crispy peppered bacon that hit the spot. Served with a side of rye bread and crisp hash browns. The meal was the optimal start to the day and fueled me till my late lunch.

I asked, and if I remember right, breakfast is served all day on Saturday and until 10 am every weekday.
