		<description>You can add 1/8-1/4 cup of brown sugar to this to help mask the heat and make it warm and you can add a teaspoon of unsweetened chocolate to give it a deep rich red color.  I&#039;ve substituted the hamburger for lamb meat, ground turkey, and stew meat in the past.  Lamb and ground turkey are both lower in fat unless you get the 90/10 hamburger meat.  Each meat gives the chili a unique flavor.</description>
