		<description>I&#039;m going to put a personal plug in for the McNellie&#039;s Pub Run.  I have done the pub run for the last 2 years, and it is my favorite race of all time.  The Guinness challenge is what makes the race special (yes, it is optional, but really, why would you not do it?).  Running 4 miles while consuming 3 pints (not really pints, actually 12oz, but pints sounds cooler) of Guinness.

Having been to Ireland, I can assure you that McNellie&#039;s serves it up right, and if you haven&#039;t tried Guinness, give it a shot, it is delicious.</description>
