You can't describe your food as one thing then serve something completely different. They have a 22 year old chef who is still in culinary school. Not acceptable. Not up to par. He created the menu and doesn't know what he's doing. He shouldn't be working there, he needs to be at TGI Fridays or at the very least a line cook. You don't give someone still in culinary school something like this. Especially when they don't know what they are doing. Not worth the trip. Made me not even want to go back to Riverwalk... it was that bad.
