At Jake’s Place BBQ in Bixby Oklahoma Pigs do fly and when pigs ply interesting things go down. For instance, the pictured “Pig Wings” are like nothing you’ve ever experienced. Pig Wings are just one of the delectable BBQ items on their menu… I recommend the BBQ sampler. Jake’s Place BBQ Pig Wings are cut from the lower portion of the rear and front legs of the pig. From my encounter, this part of the pig is very flavorful and comes right off the bone. This will NOT be the last time I eat a Pig Wing at Jake’s Place.

I’ve tried this place and I love it. Been there twice already. The pig wings are my favorite along with Jake’s famous chicken.

Had lunch there today. I agree, the pig wings are amazing. My new favorite is the pulled pork sandwich…which is weird because I’m not a pork fan. It’s more “Carolina” in taste, and great with the spicy Wicket White, or Blazin’ sauce. Try it the next time you are in Bixby and have a “hankering” for some BBQ.

i tried pork wings in the keys this past week. they were
out of this world. they did fall off the bone but they prepared it
with no bbq sauce. we loved them.
