I love the Malaysian Rendang. Such beautiful complex flavors and I love the contrast between the rich braised meat and the fresh crunch of the lettuce. I went without until 2008, when a friend and I stumbled into KEO for lunch. I saw pho on the menu and about hit the floor! It was a cold day, and the pho was aS good as I'd remembered it - better, even! Now, every time there's the slightest nip in the air I get a craving for KEO - and usually make the trip (from Bixby!)
