    What are your favorite Girl Scout Cookies?

    I’ve been hearing a few people talk about their favorite Girl Scout Cookies. That’s because its that time of year! It’s funny how it

    works for me. I just always wait for that moment when I cross paths with a Girl Scout selling cookies. Outside Sam’s Club, in a Doctors office or a Neighbor. Every year without fail it happens, thanks girls!

    So what are your favorite Girl Scout Cookies?
    here are a few I can think of:
    Thin Mints
    Peanut Butter Sandwiches
    Shortbreads
    Caramel deLites
    Lemon Chalet Cremes
    Lemonades Round

    A big thanks to Food Pyramid for helping me look like a great baker! Check out this awesome Italian cream cake snowman…straight up yum! The cookies were a hit to and straight out of a bag ;)

    What a great solution for last minute goodies to bring to a Christmas party… the key is to put everything on a nice plate. lol.

    mmhmm, Sunday nights are my favorite. Now making White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies. Gosh they are gonna be so good.

    We used the recipe on the back of the Hershey’s bag

    Ingredients:

    * 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
    * 2 cups sugar
    * 2 eggs
    * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    * 2 cups all-purpose flour
    * 3/4 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa
    * 1 teaspoon baking soda
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    * 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY’S Premier White Chips

    Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 350°F.

    2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in white chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    3. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. (Do not overbake; cookies will be soft. They will puff while baking; flatten upon cooling.) Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4-1/2 dozen cookies.
