Sitting at Hooters today, I started missing my favorite breaded hot wing place from the St. Louis area… Show Me’s (Get it… “Show Me State” + “Show Me Your Big ‘uns!” + Hooters ripoffs = Great wing joint!) Are there any Tulsa entrepreneurs out there who would like to bring a taste of the Show Me State to Oklahoma?

Hooters really does have special wings. Are there any that you see comparable in Tulsa?

Not that I’ve found. The breaded hot wing (outside of Hooters) is about as rare as an albino Sasquatch. Potbellies and Crawpapys have great breaded hot wings, but they aren’t saucy. The heat is in the breading… and aren’t really all that hot.
