Anxious to introduce a friend to the Ghetto Potato, we headed over to Big Daddy’s BBQ. This potato is unlike any other baked potato that I have ever had. I got the single meat potato with polish sausage and my guest had the signature Ghetto Potato with smoked bologna and chicken. Both potatoes were baked to perfection and smothered in Big Daddy’s Shake, ranch dressing, cheese and bacon bits. On top of that they pile heaps of delicious barbecued meat. Top it with Big Daddy’s BBQ sauce and you have pretty much the perfect potato. It doesn’t get much better than this!

I ate there the other day, their ribs were dry and unappealing. The potato dish described looks like a heart attack waiting to happen.

since big daddy passed the food has went down hill. ate there a couple weeks ago and the brisket had no smoke ring and no bark. was dry and sad thing was almost no flavor. was really sad about that since the place was one of my fav bbq places.
