J. Bradley’s – Brookside’s newest most friendly, fast, and fresh

So, It’s 6:45 AM, your alarm didn’t go off and you can’t be late to work. You’re starving but don’t have time to make breakfast. The hangriness (hungry/angry) is setting in, what are you going to do? No worries, use Tulsa’s new Order On My Way app and order up some breakfast from J. Bradley’s! Now the only problem is deciding between their enormous breakfast sandwich which is stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheddar-jack, bacon, sausage and green onion (great value at $5) or the organic fruit and granola with Greek honey yogurt ($6). They will even bring it out to you (since you’re in a hurry and all). In my case, I have to order both and share with my wife whether I want to or not. Just kidding, I always want to share.

Now, let’s say you don’t have much time for lunch but you HAVE to get out of the office. J. Bradley’s signature dishes offer the best alternative to cheap “fast-food”. These dishes are tasty, fresh, quick, and affordable. From there you can take it to-go or enjoy it on their patio which can be used during breakfast and lunch hours.

One of J. Bradley’s signature dishes is the Brookside Bowl ($8). This dish consists of mixed sautéed veggies (seen here with squash, zucchini, asparagus, carrot and green onion) and Jasmine rice and is available with chicken (Add $2) or shrimp (add $4).

Do you like meatballs? Of course you do. Who doesn’t? J. Bradley’s offers smoked meatballs three ways – with bbq sauce, scallions, pickled and pepperochini or sautéed crimini mushrooms and baby swiss. Here they are “classically” served in cast iron with a red sauce and mozzarella. Do I detect a little pepperoni in there? You’ll have to try them and see ($8). All these meatball options are also available as a sandwich.

The menu  further boasts elevated comfort food and when you come down to it, there’s not much more comforting than a great Mac N Cheese. It’s easy to get lost in the creamy cheese sauce. They offer their Mac N Cheese truffled ($9) or un-truffled ($6)….. Trust me, this is where you need to splurge a little bit and order it truffled.

J. Bradley’s is a collaboration between long time friends Brad White and Jason Vaughan, Chef JV. They will soon be open for full dinner service and weekly chefs table in addition to their current to-go only for breakfast (7 AM to 11 AM) and lunch (11 AM to 3 PM). They also offer delivery service with a minimum order.
