Many people in Tulsa are not familiar with the Brazilian style steak house. . .but you should become familiar with the Gaucho. Brazilian style is very different and fun . . . and make sure you’re hungry when you go. The Gaucho has a decent salad bar. I would like to see it have a few more things on it, but its not bad. But then again, you don’t go there for salad. ITS THE MEAT!!!! The staff brings out skewers of various kinds of meat . . . sirloin, chicken, sausages and several others. Part of your silverware is a set of tongs because when they bring the meat on the skewer they slice it off right at your table and you grab it with your tongs and put it on your plate. Its all you can eat so they keep bringing skewers as long as you can stand it. And the little cheese bread balls are really addictive. The Gaucho also has a small bar area that is nice and cozy.
I’ve had a couple of meetings there and have just enjoyed it every time. I highly recommend the Gaucho …especially if you’re a carnivore!!!

We tried this out on a Monday night. Some of the food tasted microwaved (VERY hot outside like it had been nuked and very dry). I would give it one more try, but only on a weekend night when they were busy and I would be more hopeful there were fresh meats. I was disappointed for the price. The service was nice and friendly and the atmostphere was good. Maybe we just picked a bad night?

I wondered how this place was for lunch. Is it the same experience?

We have lunch here all the time and the food is amazing! I’m not sure when or what Cathie bad but we go twice a month and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and your going to get full, they have ton’s of meat and just keep bringing it out until u turn your card red. The salad bar is a little weak but when ur paying 15 bux for lunch who wan’t salad anyway.

We agree with cdiddy, this place is all one needs to get a fill up & do it in style. The third time we took the whole family & believe me when I tell you, nary one complaint from anyone.
