Today we had a snow day and with snow days come home cooking! Below a some of the delicious looking creations that some of our readers submitted. What did you enjoy on your snow day?

This is my version of The Dilly Deli’s “The Meg”. An over-easy fried egg, with peppered bacon, leafy green lettuce tossed lighty with Italian dressing and shredded mozzarella, Roma tomato, and avacodo on top of toasted English muffin bread. It was DELICIOUS!!! by Michalah Davise
