By far the best little place in South Tulsa. It may only be open from 7am-2:30pm, but gets an insane amount of business, and without the feeling of being overcrowded. The price is right, and the food is all homemade, and leaves the grease in the pan not on the food.
Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch are served all day, so when it’s before 11:30am I can never resist their tummy warming Banana Granola Pancakes, but if its after 11:30am I gotta have the Grilled Turkey Sandwich. These two favorites may sound basic, but they are quite the contrary, both bursting with flavor, and not preservatives like something i would find at iHop. When I order my pancakes I even ask for extra banana slices and granola on top, that really tops the meal off. The Grilled Turkey Sandwich is on lightly buttered sourdough bread with bacon, tomatoes, Monterey Jack, and ranch dressing. All lunch dishes come with potato wedges, a small fruit bowl, and a salad to die for!
Even their salad is sensational. They make a homemade lemon poppyseed vinaigrette dressing, and dice up cucumbers and tomatoes for a undeniable perfect blend of flavor and crunch.
I give First Watch a 5 start rating, and would recommend it to any locals who want to experience Tulsa all over again, or any Tulsa visitor looking for a quick, fulfilling meal in the heart of South Tulsa.
